President and CEO, Patrick Sende, brings 23+ years of experience to development, design, engineering, project management and construction operations. One of IBG’s founders, Patrick Sende, has been working exclusively with the Credit Union industry since 2003, and has been CEO at IBG since 2006. Having founded the company on the principles of meeting and exceeding the client’s expectations, Patrick believes that providing our client’s with the best possible experience is IBG’s core business value.

Arlene is IBG’s Office Administrator and assists with executing strategy for IBG’s Safety and Facilities programs, as well as supporting the overall team. Her bright smile and focus on getting the job done brings a special touch to everything she does.
A member of the IBG team since the Spring of 2018, Khiem brings nine years of experience in the commercial building industry to his role of Project Engineer. He enjoys the process of seeing a complete physical structure evolve out of a set of ideas.
In his leisure time, Khiem enjoys sports and spending time outdoors.
Scott joined the IBG Team in the Spring of 2018, and brings 30 plus years of experience in the building trades to his role. Scott appreciates that every job is unique, and enjoys the process of watching the project evolve from ground breaking through the ribbon cutting.

Tyler joined the IBG Team in the Spring of 2018 in the role of Project Engineer, where he keeps track of the myriad project details that are the foundation of IBG's Strategy-Design-Build process. His goal is to keep the finer points of the project in perspective, and solve problems before they happen.
When he’s not at work, Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife and two-year-old daughter, in the great outdoors. He also loves to travel and looks forward to adding more stamps to his passport!
Lauren is a trained Interior Designer with nine years of experience in commercial, hospitality, and residential design. With a keen eye for detail, Lauren enjoys creating uplifting spaces that perfectly suit her clients’ personalities and brands.
Bob brings an impressive history of job site construction management to his role as Project Superintendent for IBG in Utah. He has been with the IBG team since the Spring of 2018.
Butch brings an impressive history of job site construction management to his role as Project Superintendent for IBG. He has been with the IBG team since the Spring of 2018.
Anni is IBG employee #3, and has been with IBG since day one in 2006. She has pioneered the processes and systems she manages today, across the Human Resources, Facilities and Information Technology vectors. In short she has done it all, so IBG can continue to deliver outstanding design-build projects to the credit union industry.
When Anni is not ‘having it all’ at the office, she loves to be outside, enjoying kayaking, hiking, camping and snowshoeing. She is also an able weekend warrior of household projects and IBG’s go to person for advice on tools for home improvement schemes.
Mark is passionate about design and construction, and loves being part of a team that creates aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces for IBG clients. “I am inspired by the outstanding clients that I serve, and the talented people I have the privilege to work with in this creative process.”
When Mark is not driving facilities projects for IBG, he enjoys all things water recreation; especially snow and water skiing.
“I love facilitating the organization that comes with the administrative side. Making sure all the paperwork is in place so the project can continue to move smoothly.”

Lori's accounting duties include; client billings, accounts payable and receivable and other general accounting functions. She is also Mistress of the Payroll and is much appreciated by her colleagues for ensuring they get their paychecks on time!
Richard brings an impressive history of job site construction management to his role as Project Superintendent for IBG. “I love working with my hands, and putting all the finish work together. It gives me a feeling of accomplishment.”
Richard relaxes by touring on his Harley-Davidson, spending time with his grandchildren, and enjoying live music with his wife.
An IBG team since 2016, Rhonda has over 17 years experience in the construction industry with an emphasis on bookkeeping and project administration.
