Tyler Mills
Director & GM, Central Division
Tyler Mills is Director and General Manager of the Central Division for Integrated Builders Group and has been with our company since 2018.
Naturally drawn to complex problem solving and building processes, Tyler brings nearly a decade of industry experience in project management and mechanical design. He excels at managing projects with detailed objectives, innovative solutions, and unique challenges, including our Tucoemas Federal Credit Union LEED Gold building project.
He attributes his professional success to his mechanical engineering background, experience working in the trades, and graduate-level business studies. His motivation stems from a passion for building community improvements, a desire to continually learn, and an ambition to help others in their career development.
Tyler received a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University and a Masters in Business Administration from Utah Valley University has been recognized by the U.S. Army Reserve National Scholar/Athlete Award. He is a member of the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA).
