As one of California’s fastest-growing financial institutions, Arrowhead Credit Union sought efficiency, precision, and agility for their new retail branch project. They came to Integrated Builders Group with three primary goals:
- Complete the project on budget and before their existing branch lease concluded;
- Replicate their established brand and branch theme exactly; and
- Provide turnkey service to minimize the time demands on VP-level management.
The site for the new branch was a dilapidated former clothing store in a busy retail shopping center located in Long Beach, California. More than 40 years old, the building had an aged infrastructure that presented unique challenges, such as the replacement of a nine-ton HVAC unit and reapportioning a five-foot-wide access hallway down the side of the branch to expand office space.
Efficiency and collaboration were essential for this fast-paced project. Integrated Builders Group delivered peace of mind through timely and regular updates and presented options and recommendations along with open issues to help management make informed decisions quickly.
Despite pandemic-related delays with permits and inspections, the project was executed flawlessly, delivering a precise replication ahead of schedule, under budget, and with minimal client stress.
