Horizon Credit Union’s Clearfield branch underwent a comprehensive renovation to address its outdated infrastructure and accommodate modern needs. The renovation included replacing the old, peaked roof with a flat one, constructing new awnings and drive-up lanes for Interactive Teller Machines, and updating branding and interiors for enhanced efficiency and member experience. It also included a backup generator to mitigate potential future power outages.
Despite challenges such as severe weather delays, IBG managed the project efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to branch operations. Through careful planning and execution, the renovation was completed within nine months, providing the credit union with a revitalized branch that meets contemporary standards.
Upon completion, both credit union employees and members were impressed by the branch transformation. With its refreshed appearance, updated branding, and improved technology, Horizon Credit Union is delighted to offer its members a modernized branch experience that resonates with its mission and vision.
